Demi Lovato Tweets About Grandfather Passing

Demi Lovato has not only used her Twitter account to share good news, but also a heartbreaking one. On Tuesday, April 20, the Sonny Munroe of "Sonny With a Chance" revealed in a tweet that her grandfather has passed away. "RIP grandpa.. I love you so much. You will be missed... You are my sunshine..," one of her tweets read.

Minutes earlier, the Disney star praised her TV series co-stars for being there for her through difficult times. "I love my sonny cast so much. They were there for me today when I truly needed them. I love you guys," she wrote. She later thanked friends and fans, tweeting "Wow... To all my friends and fans.. I love you so much. You guys are so incredible.. You made me cry tonight, I'm so thankful for you all."

Her boyfriend Joe Jonas also helped to make the news a Twitter Trending Topic after tweeting, "#RIPGrandpaLovato". Her older sister Dallas additionally tweeted, "Thank you guys soo much for making #ripgrandpalovato a trending topic and all your prayers.. That means the world to my family and I..<3".

Hours before sharing her grief, Demi helped to spread news that We the Kings's "We'll Be a Dream" music video featuring her will debut on Thursday, April 22. Re-tweeting lead singer
Travis Clark's post, she tweeted, "RT @travisrclark: FINALLY!!!! @WeTheKings - We'll Be A Dream ft. @ddlovato is premiering on MTV on Thursday!!"

They promised their fans that they would be back, and the three humble superstars from Jersey are sticking to their word. Many believed that when The Jonas Brothers announced their break that it would be forever, but only after a few short months apart, they guys are eager to get back on the road for their fans. In a radio interview, Jonas Brothers have confirmed that they are gearing up for a summer tour!

This is truly an OMJ moment! In a new interview with Radio Disney to help promote the film Oceans, Nick Jonas, Kevin Jonas, and Joe Jonas were all smiles when Ernie D got them talking about reuniting The Jonas Brothers. Kevin revealed, "We are going back on tour this summer." Super excited, Nick jumped in and said, "It will be unlike any tour we've done before, and we're really looking forward to getting back out there with our fans." Official word from the Jonas camp is expected shortly.

The past year has been a whirlwind for the three brothers from New Jersey. During the December bender, Kevin Jonas married sweetheart Danielle Deleasa in a Disney-like wedding in Long Island. In January, Nick Jonas went on his first solo tour with Nick Jonas and the Administration, and just recently Joe began publicly dating longtime friend Demi Lovato. Spending the months apart working on their separate projects must have made the boys miss each other, which is great news for Jonas hungry concert goers. Demi Encourages Fans To Help The Needy

Demi Lovato has urged her fans to reach out to those less fortunate - after a chance meeting with a homeless woman left her feeling heartbroken.

The Disney star has taken to her Twitter.com page to tell followers about her experience over the weekend (17-18Apr10) and plead with them to be more caring.

In a series of posts, she writes, "It seems like society has become so greedy these days, and because of that it's so easy for all of us to forget what we have.

"I just met a homeless woman sleeping on the sidewalk tonight. My heart is still breaking because everyone deserves a safe place to sleep at night. Especially women. It's so dangerous for her. Please don't ignore the poor. And take time out of your day to recognise the blessings you have." »

Demi Lovato’s face is full of cuts and scratches in this new still from her guest appearance on Grey’s Anatomy, courtesy of TV Guide Magazine.

The 17-year-old actress plays a frightened patient named Hayley, who might suffer from schizophrenia.

Demi dished to TV Guide, “The first two actors I met were Justin Chambers and Jessica Capshaw, and I was like, ‘There’s Karev and Arizona!’ Then I met Patrick Dempsey.”
